Website Terms and Conditions
Unauthorised use of this website and its contents inc. pictures/photographs may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
At times this website may include links to other service providers and websites. These are for your information and does not always mean we endorse the website or provider. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.

When you make a booking for my services, you are acknowledging and accepting the below terms and conditions.

ALLERGIES All Bookings. You will notify me of any known or suspected allergies and consent to a skin/patch test if required.

Trials are advised for your Bridal hair and/or make up. A non refundable booking fee maybe required for this.
To secure your date and booking, a non refundable booking fee of £50 minimum or 40% (whichever is more) of the total cost is required.
Payments can be made via cash, bacs or cheque. The balance must be paid by cash on the wedding day prior to commencing the service, or 21 days before the wedding date if paying by cheque or bacs. (cheques must be cleared.)
Hair and make up trials are priced as 3hours long. Additional hours will be charged at £25.00/hour. Hair or make up trials are priced at 2hours long, additional hours will be charged at £25/hr.

If any of your wedding day party need to cancel the booking the booking fee will be lost.If the cancellation is less than 3 weeks prior to the date booked, payment in full is due minus the booking fee paid.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS inc. proms, day/nights out, photoshoots.
Hair and make up trials are priced as 2.5 hours long. Additional hours will be charged at £25/hour. Hair only and Makeup only trials are priced at 1.5hours long, additional hours will be charged at £25/hr.       A non refundable booking fee will be charged.

TRAVEL and COSTS INCURRED  All bookings.                                                                          
Travel up to 20 miles is included in my costs, after this my charges are 45p per mile. My base is NE33. These maybe deducted by myself if, this distance is not exceeded by much.                        
Any tolls or parking charges either in hotels, car parks, parking meter or elsewhere will be added to your final invoice.

The prices listed are indicative of the most common services that I provide. While every effort is made to keep these up to date and consistent, costs and pricing may vary depending on the specific requirements of each client, party and/or appointment. Please use the price list as a reference.
A price will be agreed before commencement, if additional services are provided, then an additional charge may apply.

BOOKINGS/TIMES All appointments.
I will endeavour to arrive on time and complete the service within the time approximated. Due to the large number of factors that can affect a journey to an appointment, I cannot guarantee the precise arrival time and service time.

If I need to transfer your booking to another provider, your contract will then be with their terms and conditions.

All cancellations need to be received and acknowledged by myself.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know asap. If you have paid a booking fee and the appointment is rescheduled, within 2 weeks or an agreed time period, by myself, this will be honoured to the new appointment.
A cancellation within 24 hrs for hairdressing, beauty or make up services, will still need to be paid for full cost of the appointment.
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, I will do my best to find a solution. If the unsatisfactory result can be attributed to myself, a corrective session will be booked in. If you changed your mind during the session or were unclear on your requirements, this cannot be offered.
Some clients are misinformed on possible outcomes of certain services. I will endeavour to explain to you the realistic expectations. If you still wish to proceed with a service which is not recommended, a disclaimer will need to be signed, which will remove the responsibility of the outcome from myself.

I must be made aware of any known contraindications.
Running hot and cold water, adequate lighting, electricity and safe working environment must be provided, if required.
I have the right to cancel an appointment with or without notice, if I believe there were known contraindications or an unsafe/unfit environment.
